Fresh Start Program began in 2001 by Wesley Chenoweth and Owen T. Burgess.  This program was created to provide the public with a second chance at obtaining good credit.  Both Mr. Chenoweth and Mr. Burgess are business executives and run various corporations in New York and Nevada.  Their experience in building their businesses and obtaining business credit gave them the idea to help ordinary people who feel financially trapped due to poor credit history. 

The program was developed as a step by step guide to enable any person to start a corporation and obtain business credit in order to have a second chance and a fresh start.  We will show you how to open a corporation and build perfect business credit that can be used to obtain loans, credit cards, a mortgage, and all the things your current poor credit history denies you.
